The band have always impressed me with their attitude and no-nonsense approach towards their art. I like that in a band, none of the pretentious crap that ruins even the best....no sir, there ain't none of that shit here, this is just as God created punk..it doesn't get any better I tell you!

Recently back from a tour of Japan and back on the gig circuit, One Man Stand are gonna make a bigger impression on the punk rock scene than ever before...the world's at your feet guys!

The album keeps to the tried and tested method of less than a dozen songs in under half an hour blitzkreig, that was the format for the late seventies and is now making some form of resurgence....about time, if you ask me?

Put this on and you're guaranteed to keep playing it over and over again...it's a wonderful piece of pure punk rock, but played with precision.....as for the opening track, ' You can't polish shit', well I beg to differ, just ask Sum41 and Slipknot, they both know how, I promise!
